Since <a href="https://mining.luxor.tech/">Luxor</a> started we have introduced some new amazing features and enhancements that we are eager to share with the community!</p><p>For those of you who are unfamiliar with Luxor, we are a multi-currency mining pool built for high quality cryptocurrency communities. The majority of our pools operate on a PPS payment system, and we have PPLNS for communities that lack that option. We only back cryptocurrencies that our engineers contribute code to and invest in. In addition, we try to support the community by giving back a percentage of our fee (discussed further below). We originally started by creating a Sia pool and then joined the Decred community soon after; recently we also joined the LBRY community.</p><h2>Refreshed UI</h2><div><div><div><div><div><img alt="Image for post" src="https://miro.medium.com/freeze/max/60/1*iMODFWUS07xZtoTTtwBq1g.gif?q=20" /></div><img alt="Image for post" /><img alt="Image for post" src="https://miro.medium.com/max/6640/1*iMODFWUS07xZtoTTtwBq1g.gif" /></div></div></div></div><p>Our last UI was pretty good but this one is even better. <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/in/eddieywang">Eddie</a> crushed it. Apart from the new clean design we added some features the community were asking for, such as PPLNS round estimates, accessible setup guides, more accurate stats and our Discord Group Chat link. Send us a message if you would like to see anything else added in the next update.</p><h2>Back-end Improvements</h2><p>We’ve re-architected the pool and implemented a microservices architecture, orchestrated by Kubernetes, an open source container orchestration framework developed by Google. With Kubernetes, we are able to create clusters of servers that act together as a single unit. These nodes work together providing a reliable mesh network, which means we’re the most reliable and stable pool out there.</p><h2>Contributions to each project</h2><p>So far, we’ve donated just under 300,000 SC to Nebulous Labs. We have also staked 10% of our profits from our DCR and LBC pool in a cold wallet to be used to help the community. As of now we are thinking of using these funds to help DCR and LBC get listed on more exchanges. However, we are open to other suggestions on ways these funds can be used to help the community. We hope these contributions will help to develop the incredible projects we love!</p><h2>Setup Guides</h2><p>We’ve made in depth setup guides for Bitmain’s A3 Miners for Siacoin, Baikal Giant-B for Decred and LBRY.</p><p>Also, we are releasing guides for LBRY GPU miners, Halong DragonMint B29/B52 Miners for Decred and Siacoin and a guide on Nicehash. If you have a new machine and don’t know how to set it up please contact us and we will try to put another guide together.</p><h2>Blockwatch Support</h2><p>Recently, we added <a href="https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/blockwatch/id1265074035?mt=8">Blockwatch</a> integration. Blockwatch is a multipool mining monitoring app which will enable miners to track their stats, workers and payouts on the go.</p><h2>ZCash / Monero Coming Soon</h2><p>ZCash and Monero miners get ready to start your engines…..
